Share Purchase

ITE announces 125,000 ordinary shares were purchased on 4 June 2004, and 50,000
on 7 June 2004 by the ITE ESOT, the employee share option trust, at prices of
60p per share and 61p per share respectively.  9,827,000 ordinary shares are now
held in ITE ESOT, representing 3.44% of the issued share capital of ITE.
