Result of AGM
i-nexus Global plc (AIM: INX), a provider of cloud-based Strategy Execution software solutions for the Global 5000, confirms that at its annual general meeting (the "AGM"), held at 11.00 a.m. on Monday 23 March 2020 today, resolutions 1 to 5 and resolution 7 were duly passed. The Company received a significant proportion of votes against resolution 6, relating to the disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights, and accordingly resolution 6 was not approved by shareholders at the AGM.
The outcome of the votes cast at the AGM will shortly be available to view at the Company's website, at www.i-nexus.com.
Following the AGM, the Company will seek to identify as far as possible those shareholders who did not support the resolutions and, if appropriate, engage with those shareholders to seek their views and understand their concerns. The Company remains committed to shareholder engagement and we will continue to offer to meet with shareholders to take into account their views and concerns in the future.
