TRANSACTIONS BY PDMRs

Ibstock plc ("Ibstock" or "the Company") was notified on 9 August 2018 of the following transactions that took place on 9 August 2018 in relation to the Company's ordinary shares (ISIN Code of GB00BYXJC278).
