("the Company")

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF NAME

Following the appointment of ICG Alternative Investment Limited (a subsidiary of Intermediate Capital Group plc) as manager of the Company, which became effective on 1 February 2016, the Board is pleased to confirm that:

-     the Company has changed its name from Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC to ICG Enterprise Trust plc;

-     the Company's TIDM ("ticker") on the London Stock Exchange has changed from GPE to ICGT; and

-     the registered office of the Company will change shortly to Juxon House, 100 St Paul's Churchyard, London, EC4M 8BU.
