Advancement of Loan

The Company has completed its fifth transaction with a £6.565 million loan to Hulbert Properties Limited.

The facility has a maturity date of November 2018 and is secured by a first and only charge on a portfolio of industrial properties situated in the West Midlands (92%) and South West (8%). The security portfolio comprises 12 properties with a diverse income stream from 14 separate tenants. The loan is fully compliant with the parameters set out in the Prospectus.

The completion of this loan increases the total investments made to date to £64.105 million, representing 62.54% of available capital.
