In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company has been notified by a member of the Board of a change in directorship in another publicly quoted company.

Fiona Le Poidevin, a Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that she has been appointed to the board of Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited as a non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2023. Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund is a closed ended collective investment scheme and a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index of the London Stock Exchange.
