AGM statement
IDOX plc (AIM: IDOX, 'IDOX' or the 'Company'), a leading supplier of software and services to the UK public sector, is holding its Annual General Meeting today.
At the AGM, Chairman Martin Brooks will make the following statement:
'IDOX sees continuing demand for its broader range of software solutions and services and the Board expects orders to be in line with its expectations in the first half of the year, ending 30 April 2009. The Company's contracted work-in-progress pipeline is now significantly higher than at this time last year, with the Board expecting a greater concentration of delivery scheduled for the second half of the year.'
