IDOX plc
AGM statement
IDOX plc (AIM: IDOX, 'IDOX' or the 'Company'), a leading supplier of software and services to the UK public sector, is holding its Annual General Meeting today.
At the AGM, Chairman Martin Brooks will make the following statement:
"Revenue and profitability in the first quarter are ahead of the same period last year as the company delivers on new business and starts unwinding its large contracted order book. Our new business pipeline remains strong with healthy tender activity and a continuing interest in longer-term managed service contracts.
"Looking to the rest of the financial year, the Board considers it prudent to remain cautious about the outlook at this point given the impending General Election and uncertain economic background."
