Correction: Director Shareholding
Following the announcement on 15 April 2008, we would like to clarify that
Richard Kellett-Clarke's total interest is 4,484,848 ordinary Shares in IDOX plc
representing 1.3% of the current issued share capital. This figure includes
1,200,000 ordinary shares held indirectly through certain members of his family
and family trust, and 18,181 shares held in the company's share incentive plan.
The previously disclosed number of 3,266,667 ordinary shares did not include
these indirectly held ordinary shares in IDOX, nor the shares held in the share
incentive plan. The corrected announcement is as follows:
The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification on 15 April 2008 from
Richard Kellett-Clarke, Chief Executive Officer of IDOX, that he purchased
200,000 ordinary shares in IDOX at 10 pence on 11 April 2008. Richard
Kellett-Clarke purchased these shares in his own name and his wife's name. He is
now interested in 4,484,848 ordinary shares in IDOX, of which 1,466,667 are held
through a SIPP, 18,181 are held in the company's share incentive plan and a
total of 1,200,000 shares are held indirectly through certain members of his
family and a family trust. Following this purchase Richard Kellett-Clarke is
interested in a total of 4,484,848 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 1.3% of
the current issued share capital.
The issued share capital of the Company is 343,158,336 ordinary shares of 1
pence per share.
