                             Director Shareholding


The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from Christopher
Wright, Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 12 July 2007 that he bought
230,000 ordinary shares in IDOX on 12 July 2007 at 10.5 pence.


Following this purchase Christopher Wright is interested, in personal capacity,
in 452,222 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 0.13% of the current issued
share capital.


Christopher Wright also is a director of an affiliate of Merifin Capital NV
which holds 6,520,833 ordinary shares representing 1.91% of the current issued
share capital.


The issued share capital of the Company is 341,927,567 ordinary shares of 1
pence per share.
