Directors Shareholding
The Board of Idox plc ("Idox" or "the Company") announces that it received notification from Martin Brooks, Chairman of Idox, that he purchased 68,500 ordinary shares in Idox at 36.4 pence per share on 19 July 2013. The purchase was made through a Self-Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP").
Following the transaction Martin Brooks has increased his beneficial interest to 7,970,027 ordinary shares in Idox representing 2.29% of the current issued share capital and has outstanding options over 3,340,354 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.96% of the current issued share capital.
The issued share capital of the Company is 348,479,812 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share. The Company holds 352,000 shares in Treasury.
