Further to the announcement made on 4 October 2005, the Board of IDOX announces
the appointment of Richard Kellett-Clarke, Group Finance Director, with effect
from today. Richard Kellett-Clarke holds 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 0.21% of the current issued share capital.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1p per share.
