Directorate Change
i-documentsystems group plc ('IDOX' or 'the Group'), a provider of e-Government
solutions to Local Authorities, announces that John Wisbey has informed the
Board that he will step down as Non Executive Chairman of the Group as soon as a
suitable successor is found. Mr. Wisbey plans to devote more time to Lombard
Risk Management plc, of which he is Chairman and CEO, in order to fulfil that
company's own ambitious growth plans. He will remain on the Board of IDOX as a
Non-Executive Director.
John Wisbey, Chairman of IDOX, said:
'It has been tremendously exciting to contribute to the growth of IDOX as
Chairman. IDOX is now a leader in its chosen field and has excellent future
growth prospects. IDOX's continued growth means that the Chairman's position
requires a greater time commitment, and equally the corporate plans of Lombard
Risk mean that I will have less time to give IDOX rather than more, so this is
the right time to stand down.'
Andrew Fraser, Chief Executive of IDOX, said:
'John has been Chairman of IDOX since the company's formation in 1994 and we are
grateful to him for his considerable contribution over the years covering a
period of significant growth and the Group's flotation on AIM. We respect his
decision and wish him and Lombard Risk every success.'
The Board's Nominations Committee will select Mr Wisbey's successor as Chairman.
