IDOX plc announces that Nigel Oxbrow, Non-Executive Director, has notified the
Company of his intention to retire from the Board and accordingly, will resign
on the on 28 February 2008, the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting.
Nigel Oxbrow commented, 'IDOX has changed and developed considerably since I
joined the Board in 2006. Now that the business is back on track focusing on
its core business and the decision has been made to divest TFPL Ltd I feel it is
time for me step down and move onto new challenges. I am confident that IDOX
will now continue to build on its successes.'
Martin Brooks, Chairman of IDOX plc added, 'TFPL was founded by Nigel Oxbrow
many years before becoming part of the IDOX Group in 2004 and under his
leadership has created an enviable record as a leading force in information and
knowledge management, through thought leadership, consulting and recruitment.

is a testament to Nigel's compelling vision.'
