IDOX plc ('IDOX' or the 'Company')
Payment of dividend
Further to the announcement, made on Monday 11th December, of the Company's
results for the year ended 31st October 2006, the board of IDOX can confirm that
the dividend of 0.05p per ordinary share will, subject to approval at the Annual
General Meeting, be paid to shareholders on the register on the day following
the Annual General Meeting.
The date of the Annual General Meeting has not yet been confirmed but is
expected to be on or around Thursday 22nd February 2007. On the basis that the
Annual General Meeting is held on Thursday 22nd February, the dividend of 0.05p
will be paid on Friday 23rd March to shareholders on the register on Friday 23rd
February. Shareholders will be notified of any changes to the above dates in
due course.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1p per share.
