The Company was informed on 1 April 2009 that Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited had a notifiable interest of 17,261,421 ordinary 1 pence shares of IDOX representing 5.02% of the issued share capital in the Company. 

The total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue is 344,070,336.
