IDOX achieves targets
i-documentsystems group plc ('IDOX'), the e-government solutions provider,
announces that the Company has now recorded three consecutive months of
profitable trading, consistent with its stated aim. Revenues for the full year
to 31 October 2003 will be in line with market expectations. As a result of
tight cost controls, losses for the full year will be less than expected. Cash
reserves stand at approximately £2.5 million.
Andrew Fraser, Chief Executive of IDOX, said:
'I am pleased to report that since our flotation almost three years ago IDOX has
significantly expanded its business and consistently delivered on its targets.
The current business pipeline is robust and continues to grow month on month as
fresh opportunities emerge. In addition, the acquisition of Mandoforms in August
has proved highly successful and is already earnings enhancing.'
IDOX will announce final results for the year ended 31 October 2003 on Monday 8
December 2003.
