Director's Dealing

iEnergizer announces that on 18 January 2011, Anil Aggarwal, Chief Executive Officer, has transferred 800,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by way of gift from EICR (Cyprus) Ltd. (a company Mr Aggarwal holds his interest in iEnergizer) to iEnergizer Group Foundation, a foundation trust set up for the benefit of the existing employees and consultants of iEnergizer.

Following this disposal, Anil Aggarwal has a beneficial interest of 117,279,294 Ordinary Shares, representing 78.18 per cent. of the issued share capital.
