iEnergizer Limited (AIM: IBPO.L), the technology services and media solutions leader for the digital age, is delighted to announce the appointment of Ashish Madan to the Board as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

Ashish has worked at iEnergizer since 2000 in senior management positions; including Executive Vice President of Business services and Client Relationships and Senior Vice President of Business and Development Customer Support.
