Notice of Annual General Meeting

iEnergizer Limited (AIM: IBPO.L), the technology services and media solutions leader for the digital age, is pleased to advise that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at Mont Crevelt House, Bulwer Avenue, St Sampson, Guernsey, GY2 4LH on 11^th August 2017 at 12.30 pm.

The Notice of Meeting and the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31^st March 2017 were dispatched to all shareholders by post on 17^th July 2017.
