Director's Share Dealing
IG Group Holdings plc ('IG', or the 'Company'), was notified on the 4th April
2008 of the following share transfers made on the same day by Andrew MacKay, a
Director of the Company:
20,000 ordinary shares of 0.005 pence were sold on the London Stock Exchange at
a price of 352.75 pence;
1,456,225 ordinary shares of 0.005 pence were transferred from Andrew MacKay's
family trust to his wife at the price of 352.5 pence.
As a result of these transactions Andrew MacKay has reduced his beneficial
interest in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005 pence by 1,476,225
representing 0.45% of the issued class of shares.
After the transactions Andrew MacKay has no direct beneficial interest in any
ordinary shares of 0.005 pence.
