IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading was notified on 3 February 2019 of the following transactions carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Paul Mainwaring, a Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Alison Mainwaring, a closely associated person (the "Transactions").

Details of the Transaction are set out below and in the attached notification as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
