The Board of IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company", "IG" or "IG Group") today announces that, following his appointment as the Chair Designate of the new Competition and Markets Authority, Lord David Currie will step down from his directorship at IG Group. He will do this at the AGM on 18 October 2012.
