Directorate Change

The Board of IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company", "IG" or "IG Group") today announces that, following his appointment as the Chair Designate of the new Competition and Markets Authority, Lord David Currie will step down from his directorship at IG Group.  He will do this at the AGM on 18 October 2012. 

Jonathan Davie, Chairman of IG Group, said:

"David's contribution to the Board has been significant and meaningful and I will miss his wise counsel.  We wish David all the best in this important new role."
