                              Dividend Declaration

              Interim dividend for 6 months ended 30 November 2007

Further to the earlier announcement of its interim results for the six months
ended 30 November 2007, IG Group Holdings plc confirms that the interim dividend
of 3.00p per share will be paid on 28 February 2008 to those members on the
register at the close of business on 25 January 2008.
