Final dividend for the year ended 31 May 2009

Further to the earlier announcement of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 May 2009, IG Group Holdings plc confirms that the final ordinary dividend 11.0p per share if approved, will be paid on 13 October 2009 to those shareholders on the register on 11 September 2009.
