Notice of Change of Auditor in respect of IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company")

In the course of the current financial year the Company's Audit Committee (the "Committee") decided it was desirable to put the Company's audit work out to a competitive tender process.

Upon careful consideration of proposals from three candidate firms, including the incumbent auditors, the Committee recommended to the board the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's auditor. The board agreed to this recommendation and effective from 8 December 2010, the board accepted the resignation of Ernst & Young LLP and the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's auditor until the conclusion of the Company's next forthcoming AGM in October 2011.
