TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading, hereby notifies the market of the following:
There has been no change in the Company's issued share capital since the Total Voting Rights notification made on 1 November 2017.
The number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue as at 30 November 2017 consists of 367,889,455 shares of 0.005p each.
The Company does not hold any of the ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 367,889,455 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
