IG Group Holdings plc ("IG") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG on 31 March 2023, as announced on 3 April 2023:

672.00p

Lowest price paid per share:             

666.00p

Volume weighted average price paid per share:

IG intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 405,270,329.

 

Since 21 July 2022, the Company has purchased 26,304,126 shares at a cost of £198,838,964.94 (excluding fees and taxes).
