IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company") - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital as at 1 November 2011 consists of 362,966,094 ordinary shares of 0.005p each, with voting rights.

The Company does not hold any of the ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 362,966,094 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
