The Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2008 includes resolutions to adopt new
articles with effect from the close of the meeting and to amend the new articles
with effect from 1 October 2008.    In accordance with DTR 6.1.2 the full text
of the proposed amendments has been forwarded to the Financial Services
Authority.
