Issue of Ordinary Shares

On 3 April 2020, Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") issued from its block listing authority 400,000 shares at a price of 248.00 pence per share.

As a result of this issuance, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 229,369,355 and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 229,369,355.There are no shares held in treasury.

This figure (229,369,355) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the Company's Home Member State is the United Kingdom.
