Revolving credit facility

Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") announces that, as foreshadowed in its last interim management statement, it has now entered into a two year multi-currency revolving credit facility with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.  Under the terms of the facility the Company may draw down loans of, in aggregate, up to £30 million.  The Company will be making initial drawdowns in sterling and US dollars which will, in aggregate, represent approximately one half of the maximum facility amount.
