Transactions in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

Impax Environmental Markets plc announces that on 24 February 2022 it purchased 76,400 of its own ordinary shares in the market at a price of £3.92 per share.  These shares will be held in treasury.

Following this share re-purchase, the Company's issued share capital is 303,161,439 ordinary shares.  The Company is holding 76,400 of these shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 303,085,039.
