ACQUISITION OF 75.1% SHAREHOLDING IN MUSA MOTORS GROUP

Further to the announcement on 24 April 2008, Inchcape plc, the world's leading car retailer, is pleased to confirm it has completed its acquisition of a 75.1% shareholding in Musa Motors Group, one of Russia's largest car retailing groups, based in Moscow.
