In accordance with paragraph 9.6.11(3) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that Ken Hanna will be appointed as the Chairman of Aggreko plc when the current Chairman Philip Rogerson stands down as Chairman no later than the AGM in April 2012.
He remains the Non-executive Chairman of Inchcape plc.
