Inchcape plc ('Inchcape' or the 'Group'), the world's leading automotive distributor and retailer, today announces that Graham Pimlott will step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Group with effect from 31 October 2010.

Graham has been a Non-Executive Director of Inchcape since 25 March 2008 and Chairman of the Audit Committee since 13 May 2009. Graham is stepping down due to personal reasons.

Ken Hanna, Non-Executive Chairman, Inchcape plc said:
