The Board of Directors of TriVest VCT plc previously announced the intended
resignation of Helen Sinclair as Director due to a possible perceived conflict
of interests resulting from her directorship of Matrix Private Equity Partners
Limited (MPEP). Helen has now signalled her intention to leave MPEP in the near
future.  In which event, no potential conflict of interest will arise and,
accordingly, the Board are delighted to announce that the Board has invited
Helen to remain as a Director.
