Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 15 February 2016 it allotted and issued 699,400 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 94.0 pence per share.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on or around Friday, 19 February 2016.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 71,392,407 Ordinary Shares.
