Transaction in the Company's own shares

The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 23 May 2014, it purchased 255,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of at 0.9775 pence per share for cancellation.  

Following these purchases, the Company now has 59,473,142 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny in issue.
