The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 25 June 2014, it purchased 75,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of at 0.9775 pence per share for cancellation.  

Following this purchase, the Company now has 60,071,803 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny in issue.
