The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 18 December 2014, it purchased 33,800 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of at 96 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, the Company now has 61,095,551 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny in issue.
