Transaction in the Company's shares

The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 19 June 2020, it purchased 223,877 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 62.00   pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase the Company's capital consists of 114,844,575 ordinary shares of 1 penny each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury as at close of business 19 June 2020.

The above figure (114,844,575) can be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
