Board Changes

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Elisabeth Scott as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.

Elisabeth worked in the asset management industry in Hong Kong from 1992 to 2008, where she was Managing Director and Country Head of Schroder Investment Management (Hong Kong) Limited and Chairman of the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association.  She is a non-executive Director of Pacific Horizon Investment Trust plc, Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust plc, Allianz Technology Trust plc and Fidelity China Special Situations plc. 

Also with effect today, the Company confirms the retirement of Fred Carr from the Board of the Company, as he previously indicated at the Company's last Annual General Meeting.

The directors of ICGF would like to take this opportunity to welcome Elisabeth and to extend their warmest thanks to outgoing chairman Fred Carr who has retired as a director after more than eight years' committed service on our board.  They are pleased that Fred Carr has agreed to continue as a consultant to the Company until 31 March 2018.
