Board Change

The Company announces that Mr Jamie Cayzer-Colvin is stepping down from the Board of the Company and will cease to be a Director of the Company with effect from 29 May 2014.

Commenting on this announcement, Fred Carr, the Chairman said:

"We would like to thank Jamie Cayzer-Colvin for his significant contribution spanning back to the launch of the Company in 2005. He departs from the board with our sincere gratitude."
