Cancellation of Investment Manager's option agreement over the Company's ordinary shares

The Company announces that an option agreement dated 25 January 2010 between Ocean Dial Asset Management Limited, the Investment Manager to the Company, and David Cornell, its Chief Investment Officer, relating to 301,507 ordinary shares of the Company, has been cancelled with effect from 22 October 2014.
