The Company has been notified that a company controlled by Mr Kai Taraporevala, a director of the Investment Advisor to the Company has sold 71,350 shares at a price of 63 pence per share on 15 December 2010.  Of these, 49,627 were purchase by a trust of which children of Mr J M B Cayzer-Colvin, a Director of the Company, are beneficiaries, and 15,873 shares were purchased by Mr A E G Hambro, a non-executive director of the Company's Investment Manager.
