Indus Gas Limited (AIM:INDI.L), an oil & gas exploration and development company with assets in India, announces that John Scott, Finance Director, has tendered his notice to resign his employment with the Group, which has been accepted with immediate effect.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to John for his significant contribution to the Company and wishes him well for the future.
