Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of, and to
the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 25,883 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the
Official List.

These shares have been allotted following the exercise of options as follows:

1,134 under the Taylor & Francis Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme
24,749 under the Taylor & Francis (Publishers) Inc Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Application has also been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing
of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 35,000 Ordinary Shares
of 10p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to
the Official List.

These shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Taylor
& Francis Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
