Confirmation of termination arrangement for Adam Walker

Informa plc ("the Company") confirms that further to the announcement made on 31st December 2013 (number ch.78.921), the Board of the Company has agreed that Adam Walker will receive a cash bonus equal to 88.5% of his base salary for the financial year to 31st December 2013, calculated in accordance with the annual bonus scheme terms and conditions. Mr Walker left the Company on 31st December 2013. As a consequence of his resignation all his awards under the Long-Term Incentive Plan and his options under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan have lapsed. In addition 663 shares have been released from the Share Incentive Plan under the rules of this plan.
