Change in Directors' Role

Following the announcement on 10 July 2013 (RNS number ch.78.782) and in accordance with paragraph 9.6.11R (3) and (4) of the Listing Rules, Informa plc announces that Stephen A. Carter will take up his executive directorship as Group CEO-Designate and consequently will no longer act as a Non-Executive Director of Informa plc with effect from 1 September 2013.

There is no change in the information previously provided in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13R (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
